anyway i'm so happy i finally got my nus result! business! i refuse to call it bizAAAD it sounds hideous. the woman was incredibly rude so i was incredibly rude to her too. hmpf. haha
ok this is a short one. gotta get ready to leave or i may be tempted to rot the rest of the day away watching silly shows on tv and terrorising the rest of the msn community =).
mission for the week (whatever's left of it): sign up for driving!! steph just passed hers and i haven't even gotten behind the wheel yet!
the other day when i drove past i saw... the whole field! wiped out! not a single cow left standing. i wonder if everyone poached them all or the government realised everyone was koping the cows and took them away. jolynn thinks my obsession with the cows is unhealthy. all i wanted was a coww =(
lesson learnt (yet again) : stop procrastinating and lazing.
i want a cowWwWWw. =( everyone's too hum ji to get a cow with me. i remember the first time i laid eyes on the field full of lovely cows just waiting to be snatched. so many!! was during lunch break when me and jolynn were telemarketing. i tried to yank one out but those ppl must've been damn smart cos it was super well stuck into the grass. but i KNOW its pullout-able.. haha jolynn said she saw this guy carrying one for his gf. if they can get one i can get one too. so up till now i've been seeing those tempting cows in the grass waiting to be pounced upon. =(
currently i'm settling into proper working life at trix... i use proper cos when mr and mrs kee were around it was more of a bumming-eating-chatting party with them, in a nice shop with a pause now and then to cast a lazy eye at whatever customer wandered into the shop. haha hey, we still managed to sell stuff! so now that kim is back we have to start working for real. i miss those 2 old folks. its a lot more work with kim cos she really puts like 100% into serving the customers, so when they leave with or without (grr..) purchases, the shop looks like a bomb exploded in it. i tell you its a horror clearing up.
yday there were these 2 ladies who came in picked the clothes of all the racks like they were picking daisies i tell you, and happily loaded it into my arms. they each tried like 10 pieces. i kid you not! so they went around the shop brazenly messing up my lovely neat arrangement... right after kim asked me to space the hangers out evenly. i'm super not bluffing. i had to go around making sure the spaces between the hangers were equal. sorta. then the next moment those two triapsed into trix and killed it! i almost cried. i spent a looonng time sorting stock after that. to be fair tho both bought stuff la and one of them spent over a thousand. poof just like that.
so. as you can tell. i have a LOT to learn and hell LOT to get used to. haha. well technically i've heard all this from the retail old hands...haha like steph :P
but i still love it there! its tough but i know its a better deal than any other job stint out there. mind you i'm saying this after trying telemarketing. haha i remember that week when i was leading a double life.. triple life if you count giving tuition. so trix+ telemarketing+tuition= fucking hell tired. all because the telemarketing manager refuse to let me go. unreasonable ol...don't get me started on telemarketing ok. i actually fell sick!
haha anyway the other day rach msged me and said they were bringing in a tv! so i started speculating what the tv was for. us? but not likely. anyway when i was working the next day the tv came in. an aquos plasma tv. hell, i don't even own one of those. and they bought it for.... ... the shop. when i realised they were putting it at the window of the shop i knew it wasn't good. i just didn't realise it was that bad! haha it basically shows fashion shows and stuff, and fashion shows have... music. noise rather. its horrendous! the songs are just ugly. the first cd had songs singing-no shouting- about i only want the money you can give your love to the birds and the bees. oh and yet another "i'm horny!!" song. haha good grief. when all of us got sick of it kim changed it to another one which wasn't any better anyway. this one had someone screeching about black magic and.. no idea seriously. pretty dark i thought, for a fluffy and sweet shop like trix. oh well.
at first it reallly reeaallyy annoyed me to no end but i've started to tune it out.
still, how can i squeeze into the display window(which isn't really easily accessible), knock over/spoil/do some sorta damage (preferably permanant) to the tv and make it look like an accident?
haha. wait till rachel experiences it. i can almost see the msg filled with the foul words. haha
